Prior to running Paul Dorrell Photography I spent 16 years working in Medical Device Product Development. This gave me a broad experience in design, manufacture, quality, marketing and project management – skills that I can now bring to commercial photographic projects. I work with a client to define a brief of their needs, identify the required images with creative input from myself and then plan and execute the project. To this end I work as a Creative Image Consultant rather than just a photographer.

I regularly work with a number of large multinational medical device companies on both photographic and video projects. I have worked with large national Marketing agencies as well as local SME's.
